and still kept falling back into old patterns, destructive relationships or emotional lows, then you haven&#8217;t failed. You have simply experienced something that is perfectly logical: <\/p>\n<p>An older part of you has tried to survive.<\/p>\n<p>And this part &#8211; like every inner state &#8211; was created at a certain energetic level. A low state such as shame, fear or guilt is not <em>just a feeling<\/em> &#8211; it is the operating system of this old self. <\/p>\n<h3>Every old version of you was created in a low energy state<\/h3>\n<p>Whether you used to be quiet, conformist, controlling, hyperactive, aggressive or insecure &#8211; each of these identities was created under certain emotional conditions. Mostly as a reaction to pain, rejection or insecurity. <\/p>\n<p>And that is precisely the problem:<\/p>\n<p>If an ego has arisen in shame, it needs shame in order to continue to exist. It will therefore &#8211; automatically &#8211; attract situations, relationships and thoughts that generate this feeling again. This is the only way it can stay alive.  <\/p>\n<p>The mechanism: cause \u2192 effect \u2192 repetition<\/p>\n<p>Everything runs according to a fixed pattern in your system:<\/p>\n<p>Perception \u2192 thought \u2192 emotion \u2192 feeling \u2192 action \u2192 new perception \u2192 thought again&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>If the first thought is negative (<em>&#8220;I&#8217;m not good enough&#8221;)<\/em>, a negative emotion (fear), a stressful feeling (tension), an action out of insecurity &#8211; and a new perception that confirms you again.<\/p>\n<p>You are not living freely.<br \/>You are repeating an old program.<\/p>\n<h3>Your subconscious doesn&#8217;t want you to be happy &#8211; it wants you to survive<\/h3>\n<p>What feels safe? What you know. <\/p>\n<p>Even if it&#8217;s pain.<br \/>Even if it&#8217;s shame.<br \/>Even if it destroys you.<\/p>\n<p>Because if you know it, it is &#8211; from the point of view of your subconscious &#8211; safe. And that is enough. New energy states such as love, freedom, peace or self-respect then seem like danger. Not because they are dangerous &#8211; but because they are unknown.   <\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s why change is so difficult: the new energy kills the old self.<\/p>\n<p>You want peace, but the old you needs drama.<\/p>\n<p>You want self-respect, but the old you needs rejection &#8211; to validate itself.<\/p>\n<p>You want to express yourself, but the old you needs silence &#8211; because it was created in fear.<\/p>\n<p>And this is the core:<\/p>\n<p>The old version cannot live in an energy that it does not know. It dies when you change. And that&#8217;s why it fights back with everything it has.  <\/p>\n<h3>How to free yourself.<\/h3>\n<p>Separation through logical disidentification. That means you don&#8217;t have to fight. You don&#8217;t even have to heal. You have to separate logically.   <\/p>\n<p>Ask yourself the crucial question:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Is the energy in which this self was created &#8211; shame, fear, guilt &#8211; really the energy in which I want to experience my life?&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>If the answer is <em>&#8220;no&#8221;<\/em>, then the consequence is clear:<\/p>\n<p>This me can&#8217;t come with you.<\/p>\n<p>Because it can only exist in precisely this low energy.<\/p>\n<p>Letting go is not a feeling. It is a logical decision. <\/p>\n<p>Many try to let go of the old self by understanding, analyzing or comforting it.<\/p>\n<p>But that&#8217;s a trick of the system. Because it keeps you connected. You continue to focus on <em>something<\/em>, your subconscious assumes it is important for survival &#8211; otherwise you wouldn&#8217;t focus on it.  <\/p>\n<p>The only solution is:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;That was an earlier version of me. It was necessary. But it&#8217;s no longer logical now.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>When you start to consciously choose new thoughts &#8211; thoughts that are logically compatible with the life you really want to lead &#8211; the old ego dies by itself.<\/p>\n<p>Not because you fought it.<br \/>But because you no longer give it any energy.<\/p>\n<h3>Practical implementation: How to let go of the old you.<\/h3>\n<p>1. Feel the feeling: Is it shame? Fear? Guilt?<br \/>2. Find the first thought: <em>&#8220;I&#8217;m not good enough.&#8221; &#8211; &#8220;I must not stand out.&#8221; &#8211; &#8220;It&#8217;s my fault.<\/em>&#8220;<br \/>3. Consciously break the cycle: <em>&#8220;That&#8217;s an old thought. It&#8217;s not logical. And no longer true.<\/em>&#8220;<br \/>4. Choose a new first thought: <em>&#8220;I am safe now.&#8221; &#8211; &#8220;I am allowed to feel what I feel.&#8221; &#8211; &#8220;I am making a new decision today.<\/em>&#8220;<br \/>5. Repeat until it becomes natural: Your brain adapts &#8211; through repetition. Just like the old me. Only this time consciously.    <\/p>\n<h3>Final thought<\/h3>\n<p>The ego that was created in shame, fear or control never had your happiness in mind. It only wanted to protect you. With the means it knew.  <\/p>\n<p>But you don&#8217;t need these resources today.<\/p>\n<p>You don&#8217;t need any protection programs, no repetitions, no self-sabotage.<\/p>\n<p>You only need one:<\/p>\n<p>A single new thought. Logical. Now. Analyze the initial situation &#8211; identify the condition<br \/>Observe your emotional reactions for a week. Every time you feel fear, shame, guilt, anger or insecurity: <\/p>\n<p>Note:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The specific situation (What happened?)<br \/>&#8211; The first thought (What were you thinking at that moment?)<br \/>&#8211; The physical reaction (palpitations, tightness, withdrawal, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>Purpose: You recognize which thoughts are repeated and which old ego is activated as a result.<\/p>\n<p>2. Decouple the origin &#8211; recognize the logic of survival<\/p>\n<p>Ask yourself the following questions for each identified thought:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <em>&#8220;In what old state was this thought created?<\/em>&#8220;<br \/><em>&#8211; &#8220;What did this ego need back then to survive?<\/em>&#8220;<br \/><em>&#8211; &#8220;Does this thought still serve my life today &#8211; or just my old protective mechanism?&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Purpose: Your mind recognizes that this ego is no longer necessary today.<\/p>\n<p>3. Program new thoughts logically &#8211; the first intervention<\/p>\n<p>Every time the old thought arises:<\/p>\n<p>Stop immediately and say inwardly (or out loud):<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <em>&#8220;This is not my present thought.<\/em>&#8220;<br \/><em>&#8211; &#8220;This is a remnant. I don&#8217;t need it anymore.<\/em>&#8220;<br \/><em>&#8211; &#8220;I now choose a logical thought that supports my present life.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Example for new thoughts:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <em>&#8220;I am safe today.<\/em>&#8220;<br \/><em>&#8211; &#8220;I decide what I want to think.<\/em>&#8220;<br \/><em>&#8211; &#8220;I am free to have new experiences.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Purpose: You replace automatic reactions with conscious decisions &#8211; exactly at the point where you have control.<\/p>\n<p>4. Repetition makes reality &#8211; training over 30 days<\/p>\n<p>Create a daily <em>ego update routine<\/em> (duration: 10 minutes):<\/p>\n<p>1. Every morning, write down an old thought that has emerged.<br \/>2. Next to it, write your new, conscious thought.<br \/>3. Read this new thought three times out loud, slowly and carefully.<br \/>4. Observe in the evening: When did you make logical decisions today? When were you on autopilot? <\/p>\n<p>Purpose: You specifically train the neuronal pathways that strengthen your new self &#8211; through repetition and logic.<\/p>\n<p>5. Physical support &#8211; support mental clarity<\/p>\n<p>Optional, but helpful:<\/p>\n<p>Exercise: 30 minutes of walking daily, consciously and without distraction.<br \/>Grounding: 10 minutes of barefoot walking on a meadow.<br \/>Water: 1-2 liters of still water per day &#8211; supports the nervous system.<br \/>Diet: reduce sugar &#8211; stabilizes emotional fluctuations.<br \/>Sleep: minimum 7.5 hours &#8211; essential for emotional processing.<\/p>\n<p>A balanced body strengthens your ability to think consciously and recognize old patterns.<\/p>\n<p>Summary of your new system of thought and action<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; You realize: <em>&#8220;I am not my old reactions.<\/em>&#8220;<br \/>&#8211; You use your ability for logical separation.<br \/>&#8211; You replace the first thought &#8211; where real freedom begins.<br \/>&#8211; You repeat until it becomes natural.<br \/>&#8211; You no longer give energy to the old me &#8211; and it loses its power.<\/p>\n<p>Start now with the implementation. Always remember the power of action &#8211; and non-action! Stick to logic and program new beliefs.
