There are heart muscle cells, nerve cells, liver cells, immune cells, etc. <\/p>\n<p>And yet they all follow the same basic principle.<\/p>\n<h2>Two states &#8211; that&#8217;s all a cell knows<\/h2>\n<p>Cells only have two basic modes:<\/p>\n<h3>1. Regenerative Mode<\/h3>\n<p>This is the natural state.<\/p>\n<p>In this mode:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cells repair themselves<\/li>\n<li>regenerate tissue<\/li>\n<li>nutrients are processed<\/li>\n<li>damage is repaired<\/li>\n<li>the immune system is regulated<\/li>\n<li>cell communication takes place optimally<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is the state of growth, healing and stability.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Defensive Mode<\/h3>\n<p>This mode is activated when there&#8217;s danger.<\/p>\n<p>In this condition:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>repair is shut down<\/li>\n<li>energy is diverted<\/li>\n<li>stress hormones are released<\/li>\n<li>the focus is on survival<\/li>\n<li>long-term processes are stopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The cell prioritizes fight or flight.<\/p>\n<p>This is where a crucial fact comes into play:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>A cell can&#8217;t regenerate and fight at the same time.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>That is biologically impossible.<\/p>\n<h2>The classic example: bear or steak<\/h2>\n<p>Imagine you&#8217;re sitting around a campfire eating a steak.<\/p>\n<p>Your body is in regenerative mode:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Digestion running<\/li>\n<li>Nutrients are distributed<\/li>\n<li>Repair processes work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Suddenly a bear attacks you.<\/p>\n<p>What happens?<\/p>\n<p>Immediately switch to defensive mode.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Digestion stops<\/li>\n<li>Blood is directed into muscles<\/li>\n<li>Adrenaline rises<\/li>\n<li>Heart rate increases<\/li>\n<li>Repair processes are interrupted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Why?<\/p>\n<p>Because it makes no evolutionary sense to continue digesting food, if your survival is acutely threatened.<\/p>\n<p>This is logical.<br \/>This makes sense.<br \/>This is a survival mechanism.<\/p>\n<h2>The real problem of our time<\/h2>\n<p>Today we&#8217;re generally no longer attacked by bears.<\/p>\n<p>But your body doesn&#8217;t differentiate between:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a real physical attack<\/li>\n<li>and a mentally constructed threat scenario<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And this is where it becomes critical.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s almost irrelevant for your system whether a bear is attacking you or whether you&#8217;re thinking:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>&#8220;How am I supposed to pay this bill?&#8221;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>&#8220;What if I lose my job?&#8221;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>&#8220;I&#8217;m not good enough.&#8221;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>&#8220;Can I do this?&#8221;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>&#8220;What will become of my future?&#8221;<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your subconscious registers threat.<\/p>\n<p>And threat activates the defensive mode.<\/p>\n<h2>Mental toxins: thoughts as permanent stress<\/h2>\n<p>Mental toxins are thoughts that are based on fear or create fear &#8211; even subtly.<\/p>\n<p>Examples:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Separation <em>(&#8220;I don&#8217;t have enough.&#8221;)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Deficiency <em>(&#8220;It&#8217;s not enough.&#8221;)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Wanting <em>(&#8220;I need more.&#8221;)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Control <em>(&#8220;I have to secure it.&#8221;)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Uncertainty <em>(&#8220;What if&#8230;?&#8221;)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These thoughts create unconscious stress.<\/p>\n<p>And stress is nothing other than:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Permanent activation of defensive mode.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2>What happens in permanent defensive mode?<\/h2>\n<p>If you&#8217;re mostly in defensive mode, that means:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regeneration is neglected<\/li>\n<li>Repair remains unfinished<\/li>\n<li>Inflammatory processes increase<\/li>\n<li>Hormone balance gets out of whack<\/li>\n<li>Immune system is dysregulated<\/li>\n<li>Energy level drops<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This completes the circle:<\/p>\n<p>A weakened body affects your mind.<br \/>A weakened mind in turn produces more mental toxins.<\/p>\n<p>A biological vicious circle.<\/p>\n<h2>Why diet and exercise alone aren&#8217;t enough<\/h2>\n<p>Many people try to think of health exclusively in terms of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nutrition<\/li>\n<li>Sport<\/li>\n<li>Supplements<\/li>\n<li>Meditation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>to optimize.<\/p>\n<p>But if you&#8217;re constantly thinking in fear at the same time, you&#8217;re sabotaging your own measures.<\/p>\n<p>You can eat perfectly &#8211;<br \/>but if your system is running in emergency mode, you won&#8217;t be able to regenerate optimally.<\/p>\n<p>You can train &#8211;<br \/>but if your body is in defensive mode, repair processes are blocked.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s pure logic.<\/p>\n<h2>The subconscious (unconscious) autopilot<\/h2>\n<p>Over 90% of your thinking is automatic.<\/p>\n<p>You think without consciously deciding.<br \/>You react to perceptions.<br \/>You repeat beliefs.<\/p>\n<p>And this is exactly where mental toxins have the strongest effect:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>They are automated.<\/li>\n<li>They are not questioned.<\/li>\n<li>They appear &#8220;normal&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>But your body reacts every time.<\/p>\n<h2>Why this connection is so difficult to accept<\/h2>\n<p>Many people find it hard to believe that thoughts have such a massive influence on the body.<\/p>\n<p>Why?<\/p>\n<p>Because thoughts are invisible.<\/p>\n<p>But their effect is measurable:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Increase in cortisol<\/li>\n<li>Heart rate variability<\/li>\n<li>Immune system reactions<\/li>\n<li>Inflammation markers<\/li>\n<li>Sleep quality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mental stress is biological stress.<\/p>\n<p>And biological stress blocks regeneration.<\/p>\n<h2>Emergency program isn&#8217;t a permanent state<\/h2>\n<p>If you&#8217;re predominantly in defensive mode, this means<\/p>\n<p>Your body is running in emergency mode.<\/p>\n<p>An emergency program is useful in the event of acute danger.<br \/>But it&#8217;s destructive in continuous operation.<\/p>\n<p>No system is designed to function permanently in an alarm state.<\/p>\n<h2>The decisive lever: your thinking<\/h2>\n<p>The implications become clear here:<\/p>\n<p>Your thoughts aren&#8217;t just &#8220;mental events&#8221;.<br \/>They are biological triggers.<\/p>\n<p>When you think separation, lack and wanting, you activate fear.<br \/>Fear activates defensive mode.<br \/>Defensive mode blocks regeneration.<\/p>\n<p>The connection is logical.<br \/>No faith. No esotericism.
