How to escape the thought cycle.

Most people wake up every day with the hope that their lives will change. But few understand that life doesn’t start out there – it starts with a thought. And the problem is: most of these thoughts are not new.

Research shows: You think between 60,000 and 70,000 thoughts per day. But up to 90% of them are identical to those from the previous day. If thoughts influence your life – and they do – then your life cannot change until your thoughts change.

It’s not a mental habit – it’s a closed loop. A self-reinforcing system that maintains your personal reality.

This is not an opinion, thesis or theory, but pure logic.

This is exactly where the Fearless Code comes in: at the root of the loop.

The same thoughts lead to the same decisions. The same decisions lead to the same actions. The same actions generate the same behavioral patterns. These lead to the same experiences. And these experiences generate the same emotions that confirm the original thoughts.

And here is important:
The process of perception is – as defined in the Fearless Code:
Perception → Thought → Emotion → Feeling → Action → Reality (→ new perception)

– This chain of effects is not a concept – it is the operating loop of your subconscious and is based solely on natural laws and logic.
– A closed control loop of energy, focus and frequency – with a measurable effect on your entire system:

Your biology, your neurochemistry, your hormonal signature, your cellular response and even your gene expression respond to what you think, how you act and what you feel.

And this is exactly where it comes from: Your identity.
Or as the Fearless Code puts it:
Your I-frequency.
This frequency creates your reality – not the other way around.

Why change fails – if you stay the same person

Most people try to change their lives – while remaining the same inside.
Same thoughts. Same reaction. Same self-view.
But: You cannot create a new reality if you maintain the same frequency – i.e. personality / identity.

To change your life, you have to change your identity.
That means:

– Recognize your thoughts and make new choices
– Make your unconscious patterns of behavior visible and realign them – especially your reactions to feelings and perceptions!
– Identify feelings that bind you to old states – and decide whether they belong in your future

Why you are stuck in old thoughts at all

The Fearless Code shows:
The subconscious mind does not evaluate in terms of good or bad, right or wrong.
It only evaluates according to relevance and logic.
And relevance is created by your focus.

What you (repeatedly) focus on is interpreted as important for survival.

If you keep looking at the same thoughts – lack, fear, separation, self-doubt – then the subconscious registers:
“Aha. Obviously this is important. It needs to be protected.”

And this is exactly where the trap begins:
It’s not your problem that keeps you stuck – it’s your constant attention to it.
Focusing on the same thoughts creates the same survival patterns.
And this is exactly what keeps the old version of you energetically active.

And: your constant reaction is the problem. Your subconscious registers that you are reacting, so the feeling or thought must be important – for your survival, otherwise you would not react. Just as you don’t react if you perceive something that has no meaning or relevance for you.

How thoughts become beliefs that shape your perception

Repeated thoughts + strong focus = beliefs.
Beliefs define what you believe to be true.
And this is exactly what controls your selective perception.
You only perceive what matches your frequency.

This is how mental self-sabotage works – not out of stupidity, but out of habit.
You think you see the truth – but you only see what fits your old beliefs – or was created by them.

The solution: acceptance and inspired action

The Fearless Code makes a clear distinction:

– Acceptance does not mean: giving up
– Acceptance means: dissolving resistance so that no additional energy flows into the old field

Resistance strengthens the field – always.
What you reject becomes bigger.
Because rejection is focus. And focus = meaning.

This results in a vicious circle – the paradox of fear:
The more you try to get rid of the fear, the stronger it becomes – because you give it your attention.
The subconscious mind interprets: “Obviously this is important for survival.
Consequently, it activates even more of it – in the form of perceptions, thoughts and ultimately feelings.

You feel fear, and that keeps you in your familiar surroundings, in your familiar state. The comfort zone. Even if you feel bad, the known is always safer than the unknown from the subconscious’ point of view.

A well-known proverb says: “People would rather choose the known hell than the unknown heaven.”

The only effective way to break this cycle is: inspired action.

What is inspired action – and why does it work?

Inspired action is not an act of courage.
It is not defiance.
It is the conscious step out of a higher clarity – not out of habitual reaction.

Inspired action means: I do not act because I am afraid – but because I have realized that fear is no longer my yardstick.

This sends a new survival signal to the subconscious:
“It’s not the fear that’s important – it’s this action.
The system reacts immediately: the frequency changes. The identity shifts. You no longer identify with the old self, but with the new one. This signals that action is essential for survival. For the new self, inspired action is the known and reacting to fear becomes the unknown – irrelevant.

The decisive turning point: the question that changes everything

No longer ask the question:
“How do I get rid of the fear?”

Place instead:

“What would be an inspired action now?”

Because that’s exactly what breaks the old logic.
Not through force. But through consciousness.

And: the action doesn’t have to be important. Go for a walk, go to the gym, cook something, tidy up your apartment, sit in a café. It is not the size of the action that determines its effectiveness, but only the fact that you do it instead of reacting to it. That is the point that matters. Instead of reacting unconsciously, you act consciously.

This is the turning point.

But: you have to stick with it, consistently and persistently. If you take an action and check after 10 minutes whether the fear is still there, then you are focusing on the fear again. Your subconscious interprets this as relevance: it is focused on fear, so it must still be important.

Focus exclusively on what you want: inspired action. Never focus on what you don’t want: fear.

Summary: The Fearless Code in action

– Your reality is created through focus, frequency and identity
– Repeated thoughts and automatic reactions form beliefs – and these filter your perception
– What you focus on is what your system considers important for survival
– Fear grows through meaning – not through truth
– Acceptance drains energy from the old field
– Inspired action activates a new frequency – and thus a new identity

You don’t have to fight. You just have to make a conscious decision and focus.

Not against fear.
But for the new version of you. For the inspired action.

And it all starts the moment you stop trying to change your reality with the same frequency – and instead start living the frequency from which the new reality can emerge in the first place.

Always remember the guiding principle of the Fearless Code:

“You have to be who you want to be if you want to be who you want to be.”

Exercise

PRACTICAL DAILY PLAN TO EMBODY THE NEW YOU

It is important not only to think the new self, but to feel and embody it, so that the subconscious no longer recognizes the unknown as a threat, but as a new standard and integrates it.

🕒 TOMORROW – IDENTITY KICKSTART (approx. 3 minutes)

What you do:

– Close your eyes briefly.
– Ask yourself the following question:

“How would the new version of me think, feel and act now – stand up now?”

Then:

– Feel this version in your body. Do not visualize. Feel it.
– Breathe in deeply – feel as if you are already this version.
– Get up – with exactly this energy. Do not think.

🕒 DURING THE COURSE OF THE DAY – IN CASE OF FEAR, DOUBT OR STANDSTILL

What you do:
If you find yourself falling behind or anxiety arises, don’t ask yourself mental questions.
Instead:

“How would my new self feel now – not think, but feel?”

Then:

– Consciously adopt a new posture.
– Breathe into your chest while you allow the new feeling, even if it is still unfamiliar.

You don’t have to feel it perfectly. You just don’t have to avoid it.
This makes it familiar to the subconscious – and it loses its threatening nature.

🕒 AT LEAST 1x DAILY – ONE ACTION FROM THE NEW YOU (1-5 minutes)

What you do:
Choose an action that the old you would have postponed – but the new version of you would do now.

Examples:

– Do something spontaneously that you usually avoid / postpone
– Move out of freedom – not out of fear
– Consciously choose different clothing, gait, voice

The trick:
Don’t wait for a good feeling – act on the new frequency, even if the feeling isn’t there yet.

Do not act on the basis of feelings, but on the basis of conscious decisions – your thoughts must always be higher than your feelings!

Then:
Feel for 10 seconds. Let your system realize:

“I have just felt the new version of myself and acted as the new me.

Important: Success has no meaning here, i.e. success of the action. It has no purpose and pursues no goal. It is all about the signal. You do not simply react to your thoughts and feelings, but you determine the action. This is enough to recalibrate the subconscious.

🕒 ABENDS – INTEGRATION THROUGH PRESENCE (2-3 minutes)

What you do:
Before you fall asleep, ask:

“What did I think, feel or do today as a new version of myself?”

Then:

– No thinking. Just feel silently.
– Let the day sink in energetically – as proof of your system:
“This new version is not a concept. It is already alive.”

Be happy and grateful! No matter how little you have felt of the new you, your new – actual – I-frequency. Focus on the presence of what you want – the new you. No matter how much of it you can already perceive. Then you signal relevance and meaning for the presence of your new you to your subconscious. The new you – the I-frequency – is relevant for survival.

IMPORTANT:

The old self is the known field – even if it consists of fear, pressure, withdrawal or insecurity.
It feels familiar = safe.
The new self is initially unknown – therefore the system interprets it as potentially dangerous.
That is why it is crucial:

– Not to discuss it – not to check if the fear (old me) is there
– But to feel it, embody it and act
– Again and again – until the unknown becomes the known
– And the previously known is no longer relevant

Emergency protocol when fear sets in

GUIDELINE:
“You have to be who you want to be if you want to be who you want to be.”

1. STOP – DO NOT FALL BACK.
→ “That’s just the old me feeling safe in the familiar.”

2. NOW: ACTIVATE THE NEWME.
→ Question:
“How would the new me think, feel and act NOW?”

→ Then:

– Feel!
– Breathe
– Adopt a new attitude
– Make a new decision
– Act now – not later. Now.

3. IMPORTANT SENTENCE:

“I don’t have to feel the new me in order to be it – I have to live it in order to feel it.”

➡️ Turning the unknown into the known.
➡️ Make the old energetically insignificant.
➡️ Show the subconscious: This is me now.
