The foundation of your happiness

Your free will is the ability that enables you to decide whether you want to go a certain way or not. However, it is your self-confidence that decides how far you will go down this path.
One ability enables you to decide on a path. The other enables you to actually walk the path.
Weg stands for plans, wishes, dreams, etc.
Therefore, a strong sense of self-confidence is of great importance. Otherwise, you may find it easy to find a direction in your life, i.e. you know what you want, but when it comes to being active and taking action, you may have problems being consistent.

In Real Life

In your real life, this means that you may repeatedly come to a point where your self-confidence is tested. If it is weak, then you will fail at this point. For example, you may think that you cannot do something, that it is not possible for you, or that the external conditions are not good enough, etc.
In addition to an inner lack of self-confidence, it is above all external influences that can limit you. You do not trust because your self-confidence is weak, and therefore you do not trust the circumstances either. If the circumstances do not clearly signal to you that you are on the right path, you do not have enough self-confidence to continue on the path.
As a result, you may be quickly dissuaded from your plans by setbacks, mistakes, irritations or the opinions of others.
Self-confidence is the basis of all your abilities. Especially the skills that make up your resilience and consistency. Your self-confidence determines whether and to what extent you will use your abilities. It is therefore very important to work on your self-confidence if it is still weak.

Strength can become weakness

At this point, you should be clear about something: a strong ego has nothing to do with self-confidence. Quite the opposite: it is the expression of weak self-confidence. You should therefore reflect honestly and objectively on yourself and ask yourself whether your self-confidence is strong or your ego.
If you are one of the few people who have a strong sense of self-confidence, you should still complete the tutorial. Firstly, to make sure that it is not your ego that you are interpreting as self-confidence. Secondly, you may be able to optimize your self-confidence.
Strong self-confidence is sometimes not easy to handle, as it can have an intimidating effect on others. This can also turn out to be a disadvantage, as people generally don’t like other people whose superiority is obvious.
It is also possible that your self-confident manner may be interpreted as arrogance by other people. In this respect, it makes sense to have the right sensitivity and ensure that, despite your confident and perhaps somewhat dominant manner, you always create constructive interference with others. Of course, your emotional intelligence also plays an important role here!

The causes

Why do you have a lack of self-confidence?
In most cases, you will find the answer in your childhood. During your early formative years, between the ages of 4-7, you absorb most of your beliefs. The decisive factor here is that you adopt the majority of your beliefs as prefabricated beliefs. Either by observing and adapting, or through your parents, who practically set and exemplify (their) beliefs for you.
To make the process a little more tangible, I would like to give you a small example:
A few years ago, I was sitting in the outdoor pool when a family with a little boy lay down next to me. I could hear that it was the 5-year-old boy’s first visit to the pool. This was particularly noticeable in his excitement and joy.
He couldn’t wait to explore and experience this new world!
When the family had settled in, the time had finally come for the little boy to set off on his adventure full of anticipation: he wanted to go to the pool, which was in direct sight of his parents.
You could see the feeling of happiness on his face as he took his first step. However, his euphoria – and his life – was thwarted at that moment by his father.
“No! You’re not going alone! It’s dangerous!”
For days and weeks I wondered whether the father actually knew what he was doing to his child…

The consequences

What happens in such a situation?
The little boy is implanted with the belief that it is dangerous to pursue his dreams or desires on his own. It is dangerous, and you shouldn’t dare to do it alone.
At this moment, his subconscious accepts this belief because it fits in with his existing knowledge: e.g. knowledge that accidents happen in a swimming pool, or that it is theoretically possible for him to get lost, etc. Perhaps it is the first time that he wants to set off alone into an unfamiliar environment, and then he is told by a caregiver or trusted person that this is dangerous.
As we generally trust our parents, we accept beliefs that come from them more easily and without resistance than if they are offered to us by strangers.
At this moment, the little boy is implanted with a belief that says: “It’s dangerous and you can’t do it alone! The danger outweighs the opportunities, temptations and rewards.”
Unfortunately, the consequences remained hidden for the little boy and his parents on that day, as they would only become apparent many years later.
When the little boy eventually becomes a teenager and is faced with the decision to set off on an adventure , the belief he was implanted with many years earlier will slow him down.
When he grows up and is perhaps faced with the decision to embark on a professional adventure, this belief will slow him down.
If he has to make a decision in his life that symbolizes a risk or a departure into unknown territory , such as a new relationship, a new job, emigration or even a new hobby, this belief will slow him down.

The system behind it

The reason why such a belief causes such limitations lies in the way it is stored or how it is interpreted by your subconscious.
Your subconscious does not know where you are, what you are up to, why you are up to it, and what consequences it could possibly lead to. In fact, your subconscious mind has very little information about the actual dimension or meaning of a situation.
This is because your memory space (your brain cells) is limited and your subconscious is also trying to optimize your thinking – to make it efficient.
Therefore, it cannot store all the relevant information, and this does not correspond to the way your subconscious mind works. What your subconscious mind stores as a belief in such a situation is something like this:
“Don’t start running, it’s dangerous”
“Don’t give in to your dreams, it’s dangerous!”
“Don’t try something new on your own, it’s dangerous!”
“Don’t leave your safety zone (comfort zone), it’s dangerous!”
Etc.
What also resonates in such a belief system:
“Listen to the others, they know!”
This means that your subconscious only stores the most rudimentary connections and meanings.
This process is comparable to setting goals: no matter what goal you set yourself, and no matter how much you justify, justify or appease it, your subconscious will always interpret it as follows:
You want something, i.e. you don’t have it.
That is pure logic!
Beliefs are stored according to the same principle, which means that they will continue to limit the little boy from the example years later, when the event from the swimming pool has long been forgotten.
He wanted to dare or undertake something alone and was signaled that this was dangerous! The subconscious accordingly stores a belief system that says it is dangerous to dare to do something alone, or even to do it in general!

The solution

You could now think endlessly about the possible causes of low self-confidence, but strictly speaking the causes are not important. What is important is how you can now program beliefs that strengthen your self-confidence.
The first step is to create a kind of foundation on which you can then continue to build your beliefs. You cannot go from zero self-confidence to super self-confidence in one step. You have too many beliefs that express the level of your current self-confidence. It is therefore impossible to replace these beliefs with a belief that expresses something completely different.
Climb the ladder of beliefs rung by rung, as always when programming your beliefs! Start with general statements that you can activate as beliefs without resistance, as they do not contradict your current beliefs.
“Strong self-confidence is a healthy thing.”
“Having strong self-confidence is great!”
“Strong self-confidence is the key to more self-determination in life:”
“Strong self-confidence protects you from the irritations that setbacks or disappointments can cause.”
“Strong self-confidence is a question of attitude – how you think about yourself.”
“You gain strong self-confidence when you free your own thinking from thoughts that express fear.
Etc.
Find your own formulations or statements. The more, the better!
Always remember the following: with every new belief that you program, your subconscious mind automatically replaces old beliefs that no longer fit your new belief. It is therefore not important whether such statements seem silly or invalid to you. It is about the principle and the principles that you are expressing.
Think again about how your subconscious interprets your beliefs! It only uses the rudimentary, elementary information or meaning.
The more beliefs you program that express that strong self-confidence is a good thing, that everyone can have it, that it is very helpful, etc., the more beliefs are replaced when they express the opposite.
It is these beliefs that prevent you from activating your natural, strong self-confidence!
Always remember the principle of presence and absence: a weak self-confidence is not a weak self-confidence! It is merely the absence of a strong self-confidence
The dark room is only dark because the light is absent.
The plants die because there is no water.
It’s cold because the sun is absent.
Something is weak because the strength is absent.
All you should do is express the presence of your self-confidence. It is not about how much self-confidence you have, or that it is particularly strong, etc. It is only about the basic connection and expressing (noticing / confirming / perceiving) a presence.
If you have 1 cent, you can program the belief “I have money!” through your subconscious without any resistance!
After you have laid the foundation with general beliefs, you can climb up a rung and formulate beliefs that include you:
“I have self-confidence, just like every other person!”
“My self-confidence is always present, even if I sometimes don’t feel it.”
“It’s up to me alone to strengthen my self-confidence the way I want to!”
“My current self-confidence is the result of my past thinking and my old beliefs.”
“New beliefs = new self-confidence!”
Etc.!
Again: find your own formulations and statements. Always pay attention to your I-frequency. It is important that it is always high or does not become weaker.
If it becomes weaker, this means that you are trying to program contradictory beliefs, or the new belief is too far away. You still have doubts (non-confidence) in your statement.
The frequency of the belief or the feeling that you feel when you think it is not in harmony (constructive interference) with your I-frequency. Either the belief is too far away or you are not in your I-frequency!
Your I-frequency is in harmony with the frequency of the feeling of love, just like a belief expressing the presence of self-confidence. Therefore, these two frequencies are harmonious and lead to constructive interference.
You have to feel this constructive interference if you want to successfully program a new belief system!
So try to optimize your observation until you feel a strong I-frequency!
The process can also be compared to tuning a guitar: the tension (frequency) of the string to be tuned is changed until it corresponds to the frequency of the tuning fork (reference frequency). As soon as the two frequencies match, constructive interference occurs.
Consider the two limiting factors that may prevent you from strengthening your self-confidence:
  1. Ignorance

You lack the necessary knowledge to consistently program your beliefs.

  1. Fear
There is still fear in your mind that is triggered by active beliefs. You should identify these beliefs in order to replace them with new ones.
Make sure you have all the knowledge you need and make sure you are not afraid or expressing fear!
You can recognize fear immediately and at any time by the fact that you do not feel well or when you lose your I-frequency. You can find the knowledge in the Fearless Code. If you are still unsure about one area or another, you should go through the relevant chapters again.
When you feel confident, follow the instructions below to program a new belief that will strengthen your self-confidence.

Tutorial Information

Time Required

– approx. 30-60 minutes
– Repeat the tutorial until you notice a change in your self-confidence. Then optimize your beliefs until you have a strong self-confidence.

1

Effect

You will strengthen your self-confidence step by step. This will have a positive effect on all your abilities and increase their individual impact, as your self-confidence determines how much you use your abilities.

Strong self-confidence will make it easier for you to consistently program your beliefs, which will have a positive effect on your selective perception. It will also be easier for you to activate and maintain your I-frequency, as you will no longer be so distracted or irritated by external influences.

Tip

– Complete the self-confidence test to determine your factor.

– Write down your new beliefs as often as possible, thereby reinforcing them. Also write them down in a notebook that you keep with you and read through them regularly.

– Use thought supports to permanently remind you of your new beliefs be reminded.

Downloads

Here you can download the instructions and the worksheet for the tutorial as a printable PDF.

This is how you program a new belief system to strengthen your self-confidence:

Hint: Use the tutorial worksheet to identify, define and program your beliefs.

It is important that you use your own words and expressions! Write the way you think!

1. Go into your I-frequency – think of someone you love or something you love.

2.Think about how you use your self-confidence in different situations or areas of life. How high is your self-confidence actually in your different areas of life or in different life situations? Pay attentionto how you feel, e.g. when you think about important life issues, your job, your finances or your partnership? How does your I-frequency react?

Your I-frequency becomes stronger:

7

3. If you feel good because your I-frequency is getting stronger, analyze the content of your thoughts. How do you think about your self-confidence? What words do you use? Why do you feel good when you think about it?

Note down a few key points under 1. in the worksheet.

This section describes how you have thought so far.

4. Think about whether you want to continue thinking this way, or whether you want to optimize your thoughts a little more. optimize so that you feel even better and express even more confidence.

When you are clear about how you want to think, write down the thoughts under 5. (Even if they are identical to 1. )

This area describes how you want to think now.

Then continue at point 5. here.

Your I-frequency becomes weaker:

7

3. If you do not feel well or your I-frequency drops, you have identified an unfavorable belief. This belief relates to a specific area of life or a specific life situation in which your self-confidence is weak or you are losing it. Identify the area or situation in question and analyze the thoughts of your belief. How do you still express absence, separation, lack or wanting (fear) in this area? Identify the words through which you express that you cannot or cannot apply your self-confidence in these areas or situations or why you believe you lack self-confidence.

Note these thoughts under 1. in the worksheet. This section describes how you have thought so far.

4. Now define thoughts for your new belief that express the presence of your self-confidence in this area or situation. Formulate thoughts that match your level: Statements that you can think and feel without resistance, i.e. your I-frequency remains constant or improves. Not right at the top!

Note these thoughts (as keywords) under 5. This section describes how you want to think now.

Continue at point 5. here.

7

5. Next, formulate how you want to feel when applying your self-confidence and write it down under 2.

6. Then formulate what or how you would like to perceive yourself when applying your self-confidence and write it down under 3.

7. Now combine the points 2. and 3. into a single statement (can consist of several sentences!) and write it down under 4.

8. Combine Your statement 4. with the newly defined ideas / content 5. into your new belief (also as a statement!). Write it down under 6.

9. Write down your belief in as many places as possible. Write small pieces of paper and hand them out. Write the belief in a notebook and keep it with you at all times. The point is to remind yourself of your new belief as often as possible. You can also make yourself thought aids, such as small colorful dots to stick everywhere. Be creative!

10. Only think this new belief! Think it as often as possible, e.g. when you make a decision, want to try something new, or when you notice that your I-frequency drops because you become insecure. Whenever the topic of self-confidence is relevant.

11. You should take action! Start and stay disciplined until your new belief is programmed and you notice that your self-confidence is getting stronger.

Check your I-frequency regularly and correct your belief system if necessary.

12. Complete further tests with the corresponding tutorials, as everything is connected and your skills influence each other. It is therefore very important that you work on all your skills and achieve a high level of proficiency.

Your I-frequency shows you at any time where there is still a need for action.

Listen to them!
