Why trying to fix things makes everything worse.

Stop fixing – start accepting: The hidden mechanism behind struggle.

Most people spend their lives trying to fix themselves. They invest enormous energy in self-optimization, therapy, improvement – with the unspoken message: “Theres something wrong with me.” This way of thinking is socially accepted, but deeply misleading – and leads directly to inner resistance. From the perspective of the Fearless Code, this resistance is not just psychological. It is a measurable energetic state that separates you from your natural source of power: life itself.

Every attempt to repair something is based on lack. Every thought of lack sends a signal: something essential is missing here. This thought creates an emotion. The emotion becomes a feeling. The feeling becomes an action – or a blockage. And all of this reinforces a central belief: separation.

The moment you believe you are separated from life, you lose access to its intelligence. You switch into survival mode – a low-frequency state in which your system interprets every obstacle as a danger. Your perception narrows. Your focus becomes fixed. Your body is flooded with cortisol. Cells contract. Your nervous system prepares for fight or flight. But there is no fight. There is only a belief: “I am not enough as I am.”

That is the paradox of fear.

Fear does not increase because there is real danger – but because you are trying to get rid of it. The subconscious mind always assumes that everything you focus on is important for survival. Otherwise there would be no reason to focus on it. Don’t forget, for thousands of years life has always been about survival. This is how our survival instinct was formed and still works today. Your subconscious does not understand the change in your external world over the last hundreds of thousands of years. For the subconscious, there is only focus and survival.

If you want to get rid of fear, your system believes that fear must be important. And it keeps it alive. You become your own amplifier.

This is the turning point: When you accept yourself exactly as you are – without wanting to change anything – you deactivate the survival reaction. You say: “Nothing is missing. I am here.” At this moment, the subconscious no longer receives a danger signal. You begin to feel peace – not as an idea, but as a physically tangible reality at cellular level.

Acceptance is not passivity. It is the most powerful form of action. Why? Because it brings your entire system back into harmony with the natural laws of life.

Life is not a concept. It is a living intelligence that functions according to laws – the same laws that govern the sun, the ocean, the growth of a tree. These laws are not moral. They are functional. The Fearless Code translates them into human understanding. It shows how your focus creates your perception, how perception shapes thinking, how thinking triggers biochemical states, how these states determine your energy field, your feelings, your actions and ultimately your reality.

When you go against life, you violate its laws. You act out of an inner feeling of lack. You send out separation. And this is exactly where problems arise. Struggle, pain, illness, exhaustion – these are not coincidences. They are logical consequences of inner states that contradict life.

Acceptance resolves this contradiction.

Acceptance means not feeding the idea of lack any further. It means being fully present with what is – without wanting to change it. Not because you agree with everything, but because you understand the mechanism. Acceptance breaks the cycle of inner opposition. It opens access to the natural flow.

Flow is nothing mystical. It is what happens when your inner system readjusts to the natural rhythm of life. You stop fighting. And life begins to respond. You act – instead of reacting. Ideas come. Energy rises. The body relaxes. You don’t feel overwhelmed, but guided.

Many people confuse this with passivity. But this is a mistake. You continue to act from a state of acceptance. You create, move, plan, do. But the origin of this action is not fear. It is inspiration. You do it because you want to – not because you have to. And that is what changes everything.

This is the change from lack to presence.

The root of suffering does not lie in external events. It lies in the false belief that there is something wrong with you. This thought activates the state of separation. It keeps you trapped in a cycle of resistance, fear and compensatory actionism. Your system becomes reactive instead of intelligent.

The solution does not lie in solving external problems. It lies in resolving the inner contradiction. And that starts with awareness. With a decision: “I’m going to stop fixing. I stop fighting myself. I allow what is. I am present.” Action arises from this presence – inspired, clear, powerful.

And then something unexpected happens: things fall into place. Not because you force them – but because you are no longer in the way.

You stop doing most things. And life finally starts to do what it always wanted to do: Take care of you.

Implementation plan: From inner resistance to a natural state

1. Make a decision – a conscious energetic start signal

Say it out loud or write it down every morning:
– “I’m going to stop trying to improve myself. I accept myself exactly as I am – and allow what is.
– Repeat it in the evening before going to bed.

Why: Your decision is the first energy impulse that changes your inner alignment. Without a decision, there is no signal to the system.

2. Recognize resistance – with a very simple trick

If you feel stressed, anxious or insecure, ask yourself directly:
“What do I think right now that shouldn’t be?”

Examples:
You are angry → “I don’t think I should be angry right now.
You feel tired → “I think tiredness is wrong.
You are sad → “I don’t think I should be sad.”

Next step: Then consciously say to yourself:
“Yes, it can be there now.” Period. No discussion.

Why: This breaks the deficiency cycle. Your system recognizes: No resistance = no danger.

3. Redirect focus – with the simplest exercise in the world

– Whenever you notice that you are stuck in your thoughts, do the following immediately:

1. Consciously perceive an object near you – e.g. a chair, a plant, your hand.
2. Say inwardly: “This is now.”

Why: Your focus jumps from the thought (future/problem) back to the moment. Your nervous system shuts down.

4. Activate acceptance physically – with a sentence and a gesture

If you feel pressure inside:

1. Place your right hand on your stomach or your heart.
2. Say inwardly: “I allow it.”

No analysis. No explanation. Just: “I allow it. It’s completely ok. Everything is perfect the way it is.”

Why: Acceptance is an action, not an opinion. Your body realizes that you are no longer fighting. It switches over.

5. Daily presence moment – building your stable center

5 minutes a day, preferably at the same time.

1. Sit down, close your eyes.
2. Breathe calmly.
3. Say with each exhalation: “I am in the now.”

No music, no technology, no goal. Just be there.

Why: You train your body for safety in the now – not in the “if-then”.

6. Daily grounding – bringing the nervous system into its natural rhythm

Choose at least one activity:

– Walk barefoot on grass for 10-20 minutes
– Lean your back against a tree, 5 minutes in silence
– 10 deep breaths of fresh air

Why: Body + nature = immediate synchronization with the rhythm of life. This noticeably reduces anxiety.

7. Helpfull support

Supportive if you are often restless or sleep badly:

– Ashwagandha capsules (in the morning)
– Lavender tea (in the evening)
– Plenty of still water, preferably not too cold
– No caffeine after 2 pm, no sugar before sleep

Why: Your body is an electrical system. Artificial stimuli keep it on a fighting course.

Daily check (morning and evening – very simple):

– Did I try to change something today that just wanted to be there?
– Have I given myself permission to leave myself alone?
– Did I feel today: I am here?

Always remember that everything is perfect. No matter where you are right now, even mentally, is part of the journey, the development that you are going through. This includes stages that you may perceive as something negative, which they are not. Acceptance is the key to freedom. Through acceptance you express having. It is a quality of love through which you express confidence, courage and trust. Just let things happen and don’t focus on what you don’t want. Focus on what you want, even if it doesn’t exist yet. Focus on your idea of it, on the feeling you have when the desired state is real. Then the change will happen.
