Mental Phases.

The three states.

As soon as you start to deal with the function of your mind, you understand how your thinking works and what consequences it has. This gives you a better understanding of your states: you become aware of which phase you are in and can adapt.
In general, there are 3 mental states in which you can find yourself:
1. State of standstill:
In this state, you feel blocked, inhibited, tired, stressed and may also tend to overreact or feel sorry for yourself. Your mental potential is only available to you to a very limited extent, as you are virtually cutting yourself off from your mental resources. You become a victim of your own wrong thinking (programming) and sometimes negative thoughts feel more familiar than positive ones.
2. State of separation:
In this state, you feel apathetic and you are not particularly interested in anything. You almost don’t care what happens. You are emotionally inactive and can generate neither negative nor positive emotions in the long term. They are more or less in balance. In this state, you are above standstill, but you are also unable to call up your full mental potential as you cannot make any decisions. Unfortunately, it is not a state of relaxation in which you trust that things will go well. It is rather a state in which you are simply unable to take a direction or initiate an action because you don’t know where to go – and above all how!
3. State of excellence:
This is the state you want, your natural state! You feel powerful, confident and have trust – in yourself and in the situation. Only in this state do you have full access to your mental potential. Only here can you access your maximum mental performance. In this state, you are creative, focus on solutions and don’t let setbacks, problems or difficult tasks stop you.
With regard to your (life) success and your further development, the state of excellence is the only state from which you can initiate a positive change. It is therefore of the utmost importance to be aware of your mental state and to take corrective action if you notice a deviation – especially before difficult tasks and in problem situations.
If you find yourself out of your state of excellence, you can easily regulate it:
To do this, you need to filter out the thoughts that have taken you away from your state of excellence. There must be a negative thought or belief at work, otherwise you would not be outside your natural state.
Once you have identified the belief, you replace it by finding new, beneficial thoughts and making them your belief.
Then you keep repeating the new thoughts so that they become a firmly established belief.
Then check your mental state regularly to see if the disorder has disappeared.
Stillness and separation always bring you into a state of wanting, separation and lack. These are negative states. Only in a state of excellence are you in a state of having. It is therefore important to achieve and maintain this state.
Make it a habit to keep an eye on your mental state. Just like you keep an eye on your car’s speedometer. The state of excellence is your natural state and the starting point for programming your beliefs. If you don’t start from this point, you won’t get the results you want.
Make it your mission to activate and maintain your state of excellence. Then you can program beliefs that will make you feel good and perceive what you want to perceive!
