Driving Without License.

Knowledge and its implementation.

We live in a complex world. Never before has there been an age in which so much technology, knowledge, medicine, media and products have enriched our lives.
Nevertheless, there has never been a time when there has been such a dramatic increase in psychological problems as there is today.
What might be the reason for this? How can it be that there are more solutions, but the problems persist or even increase?
There is no doubt that we live in an age of research and technology. There are countless technical gadgets that we use in our everyday lives. Be it a car or the equally indispensable smartphones, which are our permanent umbilical cord to other people and the seemingly limitless world of the internet.
The interesting thing is that we have instruction manuals for all these technical things. We have manuals for our cars, for our smartphones, for DVD players, televisions and everything else.
Consequently, we know how these devices work. The more we know about how they work , the more power we can extract from our technical helpers and the more trouble-free they work, as damage caused by incorrect handling can be avoided.
The bigger the technical helpers, the more demanding they are for the user. For example, we need a driver’s license to operate a car. Without this, we cannot use the car.
Why is that?
Well, if you know exactly how a car works, that doesn’t mean you know how to drive it. Even if you know every component and every technical process, no matter how small, this does not qualify you to drive an automobile.
You have to learn how first!
It is similar when we think of our mind, our brain and our body as a whole. Science tells us exactly what the many processes that take place in our brain or body, but no one really explains how we are supposed to use it all.
As with the automobile, it’s no good at all if you know exactly how everything works but never learn how to use it.
Ask yourself the following questions:
What happens when you think? How do you control your thoughts? How can you delete unpleasant thoughts? What effects do your thoughts have on your body? What effects do your thoughts have on your mental well-being?
With your smartphone , you probably know exactly how to delete unwanted apps and replace them with the ones you want. You will certainly update all your devices regularly and know exactly how to make the best use of their functions.
What about your mind?
Do you also know how to delete unwanted, harmful beliefs and replace them with beneficial ones? Do you know how you can completely decouple your thinking from external circumstances and thus no longer think in direct dependence on them?
Do you know that there is an incredible potential within you that is just waiting to be activated and used? Do you know that it is easily possible for you to feel motivated, satisfied, powerful, confident and happy at all times, regardless of the external circumstances in your life?
You just have to program yourself correctly, i.e. use your mind correctly! However, you need to know how to do this!
It is completely meaningless to know what the cerebral cortexis doinginyour brain or which areas in your brain are active at certain times if you have never learned to use your mind, your thinking correctly .
Specialist knowledge about your mind or your body plays no role whatsoever. Again, it’s like the automobile: there are many people who have no idea how an automobile works, but drive it safely and skillfully with precision!
Our society and our way of learning has completely focused on teaching us what we should think, not how how to think!

We use something every day that we hardly know how to use properly and are then surprised when problems arise…
