Burn Out.

A fad and its consequences.

In most cases, burnout is simply presentedas being overworked: the workload, coupled with social or private responsibilities, overwhelm us. The pressure causes our system to overheat. It comes to a collapse.
Interestingly, however, there are people who cannot be separated from their work at all. Time and space merge, work doesn’t seem like a burden and you enjoy being in the office, studio or store. 14-16 hours of work & household management, no problem.
The difference is that these people love their work. They do something that they would do anyway, even if they didn’t have to work.
The problem is that so many people are stuck in jobs they don’t really want to be in without realizing it. Money, prestige, societal and social constraints or habit are the only reasons to persevere in such paradoxical behavior.
Doing something that you subconsciously don’t want to do creates stress in your system – or knowing that you can’t or won’t do what you want to do. If this then leads to overload , collapse is inevitable.
Burnout is therefore much more than the fashionable illness often portrayed in glossy magazines, which also passes if you treat yourself to a wellness vacation .
Does this mean that you now have to change jobs? Not at all! Rather, you should change your mental point of view, the way you deal with the situation. Of course, you can only do this if you really understand how your mind works and how your thinking controls your performance and also your perception.
Burnout is an unmistakable sign that something fundamental is wrong in your thinking and life.
If you ignore the causes and simply try to eradicate the symptoms with a break , the body usually sends signals that are more obvious than just a burnout phase.
If you are experiencing burnout, or even better, if the first signs of an impending collapse appear (tiredness, irritability, stress, etc.), then you should take action.
But you need to know how!
Ignoring this and carrying on as before will lead to you continuing to overload your body on a physical level until it is damagedor even fails completely.
On a mental level, you may wake up 20 years later and realize that it would have been better to act….
However, no wellness cure or time out will help.
To avoid falling into the burnout trap, it is important that you understand exactly how your mind works and the consequences of your thinking. The Fearless Code explains these relationships to you in a logical and comprehensible way. You also learn through it, how to escape the illusion of burnout. Once you have reactivated your natural thinking through the Fearless Code, you will be able to access your maximum performance at any time, with ease and without any symptoms of exhaustion
