The linchpin

If you had to emphasize one of all your abilities, it would certainly be your free will. It is by far your most important and most powerful ability, because through your free will you control all your other abilities. With your free will, you not only decide whether you want to use them, but also when, how, for what and to what extent.

Your free will is the linchpin on your path to ultimate freedom. Be it in your thinking or your life as such, because it controls your decisions and the resulting actions.

However, you should also bear in mind that your free will can very well be compared to a weapon. A weapon that you can also turn against yourself – often without consciously realizing it. This behavior could be described as self-sabotage.

So why is it that some people have a strong free will, while this characteristic is only weakly developed in others?

The answer consists of two parts:

On the one hand, it is due to a lack of information, i.e. either you don’t know that you have free will or you don’t know how to use it. You have never dealt with the subject, or it is not particularly relevant. Under these aspects, one could possibly come to the conclusion that there is no point in using free will anyway, as it does not change anything.

Secondly, there is fear involved. It’s not necessarily the fear of using your own free will, but rather the fear of what will happen if you do! It almost seems as if someone has persuaded us at some point that it is better to forgo the use of our own free will and conform (to society or the norms).

Generally speaking, it is interesting to observe that we live in a society in which individuality and self-realization are seen as something worth striving for, while at the same time the use and promotion of free will is neglected and sometimes even suppressed.

Three facts

No matter what the causes may be, it is crucial at this point to consider three facts:

  1. If your free will may not be strong at the moment, it is important that you realize now how valuable and effective this unique ability is.
  2. It is equally important that you realize how much you are limiting yourself if you do not use this ability.
  3. Perhaps most importantly, however, is to realize that it is mainly fear that prevents you from using your free will.

Become aware of these three facts and reflect on them for a moment.

How important is your free will?

You may not have used your free will so far because you thought it would not make a difference; because you believed that you or your thoughts had neither influence nor consequences. You were not of the opinion that this ability is effective. After all, neither our education system nor our society explain to us in a comprehensible way what consequences the use of free will entails and that there are consequences at all! If you want to acquire this knowledge, you have to research it yourself and teach it to yourself. It is certainly not part of general knowledge!

To differentiate: the use of our free will is usually only explained to us in connection with our decisions and actions. “If you do A, this will happen, and if you do B, this will happen.” We are led to believe that we have the free will to choose between option A or B. The focus is often on the consequences of our decisions and the resulting actions for our environment. Unfortunately, the long-term consequences for our well-being or our perception of reality are rarely discussed. For this reason, not all people know that they have free will, how they use it and what consequences it actually leads to!

These circumstances inevitably lead to two logical conclusions:

  1. If you don’t know how something works, you can’t use it properly!

Perhaps for this reason you have not realized how much you are limiting yourself. If you are not aware of the actual consequences of using your free will, you cannot recognize how you are limiting yourself if you do not useit correctly.

  1. If you don’t know that something even exists, you can’t know what the consequences will be if you don’t use it!

Perhaps you were even completely unaware that you had free will. Therefore, you could neither apply it nor guess what the consequences would be if you did not apply it.

However, it could also be that it was an unconscious fear that has prevented you from using your free will so far, because you actually have an unconscious fear of what will happen if you do.

Unfortunately, it is a fact that we are generally brought up or educated with beliefs that tend to be limiting: “Don’t do that, it’s dangerous!”, “You can’t do that!” or “You can’t do that!” etc. Particularly in childhood, when we program (are programmed with!) the majority of our beliefs, we are shown many negative consequences that arise when we come up with the idea of using our free will to make our own decisions. We are often told that it is dangerous, impossible or simply not appropriate. We are often told that it is better to conform to existing customs or norms or to stick to the options that are (supposedly) realistic for us.

With these thoughts in mind, you should question one fact: if you ask children about their career aspirations, you usually get answers that reveal their dreams, fantasies and wishes. Answers such as fireman, astronaut, professional sportsman or doctor are not uncommon. So why do relatively few people aspire to what they once imagined in later life?

One of the reasons is that they believe it is not possible for them! In most cases, they come to this conclusion because at some point they come to the conclusion that they cannot simply decide what career they would like to pursue or who they want to become. They have simply had their free will castrated by the beliefs of their childhood! In the end, there is often only a choice between option A or B!

One reason for this is that fear creeps in at some point and blocks them. This leads to the mistaken belief that it is risky, impossible or inappropriate to pursue your actual career aspirations. You have to submit to the actual circumstances – reality – and recognize that you only have limited options. In other words: instead of using free will, thoughts are formulated with reservations and sometimes even mistrust.

What do you want to focus on?

Ignorance and fear are the two biggest blocks to our development and the realization of our wishes. Incidentally, it is usually ignorance that leads to fear!

Nevertheless, getting to the bottom of the actual cause is hardly possible within the framework given here and is only of limited importance. It is helpful to know something about the possible causes that lead to a weak free will. However, it is more important to recognize that the current expression of your free will is the result of your previous thinking: your beliefs. If you change the beliefs that limit you, you automatically change the expression of your free will.

Therefore, it is not about dealing with why and why it is so, but about focusing on what you want: a strong free will that you use freely, without fear or doubt!

This is one of the crucial natural, innate abilities you have: you can choose to focus on what you want, because your free will controls your focus.

You should therefore ask yourself the following question:

What makes more sense from your point of view: to focus on the causes of a possibly weak free will, or to focus on the activation of a (naturally) strong free will?

Pure logic and common sense are enough to answer this question!

Why free will?

What is the cause of weak free will? Why do some people hardly use this natural, innate ability?

The answer is: fear.

It doesn’t matter how it came about. The fact is, today, here and now, the only thing preventing you from using your free will is fear. Of course, this fear may be partly based on ignorance, which in turn makes it the actual cause. However, you should have the necessary knowledge about your free will now that you have learned the Fearless Code. Therefore, we can assume that the knowledge is there, and all that remains is the fear that prevents you from applying it!

Ask yourself this: what could your free will be used for?

How about this: You have free will so that you are able to, among other things,

– Focus on what you want.

– Think thoughts that make you feel good – happy.

– To formulate your thoughts completely independently of external circumstances.

– Program beliefs that are in line with your wishes.

– Interpret your reality in such a way that you feel good.

– make decisions that are good for you.

– Program your selective perception so that you perceive the things you want to perceive or so that you perceive things the way you want to perceive them.

What could all this be for?

Perhaps these skills will help you to pursue your desires and interests? Look at the list again: it’s the perfect combination of skills you need for successful self-realization!

Should that be a coincidence?

In addition, there is something else: these abilities ensure that your perceptions are in relation to your thoughts. Without these abilities or the functioning of your free will (your mind), you would have completely incoherent perceptions. You would hardly be able to orientate yourself or make decisions.

So what reasons could there be for not using these skills?

There is only one reason: fear!

You have these innate abilities that guide you to what you want or what interests you based on logic and the laws of nature, yet you hardly use them or don’t use them at all!

What other reason could there be apart from fear? What other reason could you give that prevents you from using these powerful abilities?

What fear could be blocking you?

Fear is fear, so it is only a fear that blocks you. However, fear has many derivatives, such as doubt, non-confidence, worry or discouragement etc.

We have already looked at the causes of this fear: You’re afraid of what will happen if you try and fail, what others will say if you do it, whether it’s appropriate to do it, or whether it’s even possible for you to do it, etc.

These are all derivatives of fear that are based on your beliefs. Consequently, it is now a matter of replacing these limiting, fear-inducing beliefs with beliefs that express and confirm that you have free will, that it is up to you alone to use it anytime and anywhere, and that the consequences will be beneficial for you.

In real life.

Look at your life, all areas of your life, and realize that your life is the result of your free will: because you have applied it, or not!

You have decided to do something or not!

If someone felt they had to decide something for you, you decided to accept that decision. Either you have used your free will and come to the conclusion that this decision is a good one and you will therefore accept it, or you have come to the conclusion that you cannot use your free will – for whatever reason – and have submitted to the decision.

Especially in our childhood and youth, we are practically constantly prohibited from using our free will. Until we reach the age of majority, we are virtually not authorized to make decisions! It is only at the beginning of adulthood that we get to use this characteristic, and we are often thrown in at the deep end. However, some of the things that will influence our path in life have already been decided for us. As a result, our probable path, i.e. the options available to us, has often already been predetermined.

When they reach the age of majority, most people then decide which path they want to take, weighing up option A or B. However, not everyone is aware that options C, D or E etc. still exist and that it is up to them to create these and other options themselves. However, not everyone is aware that options C, D or E etc. still exist and that it is up to them to create these and other options themselves.

In other words: we often start the race with a handicap, and once the race has begun, we hardly find the time or leisure to focus on our most important skill.

Option ∞.

To put it more precisely: if you find yourself today in a job, a partnership or a life that does not correspond to your wishes and dreams, it is because you hardly use or have not used your free will!

If you were to use it, you would know that you have an infinite number of options available to you at any given time to shape your life the way you want it to be.

But you have to use them!

In order to use them, you have to realize them!

To perceive them, you have to program your selective perception!

In order to program your selective perception, you have to program your beliefs.

To program your beliefs, you have to use your free will!

To use your free will, you must decide to do so through it!

Getting started.

Now you know what the first step looks like: You should decide with your free will to always use your free will from now on!

To implement this, you should now formulate beliefs that express that your free will is present and that it is something completely natural! Do not formulate beliefs that describe your weak free will or that you would like to have a strong free will etc.

Always express only objective facts (preferably irrefutable!) that contain neither separation, lack nor want, and no relation to you. Relation in the sense of: “I want this.”, “I lack this!”, “I need this!”, “Why don’t I have this?” etc.!

Always express presence and abundance! Never absence and scarcity!

A few simple examples:

“Free will is a fantastic ability!”

“Free will allows me to always think the way I want to!”

“Thanks to my free will, I always have an infinite number of thoughts at my disposal to ensure that I am happy!”

“Free will is like a muscle: the more you use it, the stronger it gets.”

“I have the ability to always decide the way I want to!”

“I have the ability to replace unfavorable beliefs with favorable ones!”

“Free will enables everyone to think the way they want in every situation – including negative ones.”

“Free will is a natural ability that every human being possesses.”

“Nothing and nobody can prevent me from using my free will.”

“My free will enables me to choose thoughts that make me feel good, even in a situation in which I should – actually – be feeling bad.”

“My free will enables me to think completely independently of external circumstances.”

“I take great pleasure in consciously using my free will as often as possible.

“By consciously making small decisions with my free will, I become more and more aware of this ability.”

“My free will allows me to always focus my attention on what I want, what interests me!”

“My free will allows me to ignore perceptions that I don’t want to perceive.”

Etc.

Your free will controls your focus. This means that you should use your free will to decide now:

– what you want to focus on

– how you want to think about it.

Both under the aspect of programming as many beneficial beliefs that express the presence of your free will. It is not important to emphasize the strength or expression of your free will. It is only important that it is present!

Depending on where you are on the scale, you can formulate the corresponding beliefs. Assuming you are at the lower end, you could formulate beliefs that deal with rather small things:

“I decide what I want to eat!”

“I decide what I want to watch on TV!”

“I decide how I want to think about the weather!”

“I have a free will that allows me to do this!”

Etc.

Even if your free will is barely developed, these are beliefs that you can easily program. It is not about formulating fundamental wisdom or important beliefs. As mentioned, it is also not about formulating beliefs from the beginning that express that you have a strong free will. That wouldn’t work either.

It is about programming beliefs that express or confirm the general presence of your free will so that you can then build on them. Once such beliefs are activated, you can move up a level on the scale, because now new beliefs are within your reach or can be programmed without resistance – because they do not contradict your existing beliefs.

You climb the scale level by level!

When you reach the next level or are at a middle level on the scale, you can formulate beliefs that deal with slightly bigger things:

“I choose to always think favorably!”

“I decide to focus on the positive aspects in this unpleasant situation.”

“I decide to focus on what interests me and what I want.”

“I have free will, which enables me to always think the way I want to!”

Etc.

As your free will is somewhat more pronounced in one of the middle levels of the scale, you are able to adopt somewhat more far-reaching beliefs. You are fundamentally aware of your free will and are already using it. It is therefore important to further strengthen the expression at this level. You can therefore formulate beliefs at this level that confirm that your free will is well developed in order to reach the highest level.

When you reach this level, you can formulate beliefs that deal with your dreams and desires.

“I decide what I want to do with my life!”

“I decide not to be irritated by external influences – no matter how overwhelming they may be!”

“I decide what I focus on, which beliefs I program, and therefore what I perceive!”

“My free will allows me to think the way I want. I can therefore program my selective perception the way I want to and perceive things the way I want to!”

Etc.

In the upper levels, your free will is strongly developed and enables you to program fundamental beliefs precisely and sustainably. However, as mentioned, you should move up level by level and make sure that you actually have the qualities described in each level.

Don’t try to get to the top straight away! Take your time!

Your factor is now known to you, and now you can begin to move up the free will scale. Consider the two limiting factors:

  1. Ignorance
  2. Fear

So make sure that you have all the knowledge you need. Also make sure that you are not afraid or expressing fear. You can recognize fear immediately and at any time by the fact that you are not in your I-frequency or that you lose it on a topic. You can find the knowledge and the path to your I-frequency in the Fearless Code. If you are still unsure about one area or another, then perhaps you should go through the relevant chapters again.

When you feel confident, follow the instructions below to program a new belief system that strengthens your free will.

Tutorial Information

Time Required

– approx. 30-60 minutes
– Repeat the tutorial until you notice a change in the expression of your free will. Then optimize your beliefs until you have a strongly developed free will.

1

Effect

You will constantly strengthen your free will level by level. This will have a positive effect on all your abilities and increase their individual effect. It will also make it easier for you to use them.

For example, you will find it easier to program new beliefs and your selective perception more effectively. This in turn will lead to you noticing significant changes in all areas of your life.

A strong free will will also enable you to reach and maintain your I-frequency much faster and more consistently.

Tip

– Complete the free will test to determine your factor.

– Write down your new beliefs as often as possible, thereby reinforcing them. Also write them down in a notebook that you keep with you and read through them regularly.

– Use thought supports to permanently remind you of your new beliefs be reminded.

Downloads

Here you can download the instructions and the worksheet for the tutorial as a printable PDF.

This is how you program a new set of beliefs to strengthen your free will:

Hint: Use the tutorial worksheet to identify, define and program your beliefs.

It is important that you use your own words and expressions! Write the way you think!

1. Go into your I-frequency – think of someone you love or something you love.

2.Think about how you use your free will in different situations or areas of life. To what extent do you consciously decide how you want to think and what you want to think about? Pay attentionto how you feel, e.g. when you think about important life issues, your finances or your partnership? How does your I-frequency react?

Your I-frequency becomes stronger:

7

3. If you feel good because your I-frequency is getting stronger, analyze the content of your thoughts. How do you think about your free will and its application? What words do you use? Why do you feel good when you think about it?

Note down a few key points under 1. in the worksheet.

This section describes how you have thought so far.

4. Think about whether you want to continue thinking this way or whether you want to optimize your thoughts a little more. optimize so that you feel even better and express even more security and self-confidence when you think about or use your free will.

When you are clear about how you want to think, write down the thoughts under 5. (Even if they are identical to 1. )

This area describes how you want to think now.

Then continue at point 5. here.

Your I-frequency becomes weaker:

7

3. If you do not feel well or your I-frequency drops, you have identified an unfavorable belief. This belief relates to a specific area of life or application of your free will. Identify the area in question and analyze the thoughts of your belief. How do you still express absence, separation, lack or wanting (fear) in this area? Identify the words you use to express that you cannot exercise your free will in this area, or why you believe you cannot exercise your free will.

Note these thoughts under 1. in the worksheet. This section describes how you have thought so far.

4. Now define thoughts for your new belief system that express a presence and the use of your free will in this area. Formulate thoughts that match your level: Statements that you can think and feel without resistance, i.e. your I-frequency remains constant or improves. Not all the way to the top!

Note these thoughts (as keywords) under 5. This section describes how you want to think now.

Continue at point 5. here.

7

5. Next, formulate how you want to feel when using your free will and write it down under 2.

6. Then formulate how you would like to perceive yourself when using your free will and write it down under 3.

7. Now combine the points 2. and 3. into a single statement (can consist of several sentences!) and write them down under 4.

8. Combine Your statement 4. with the newly defined ideas / content 5. into your new belief (also as a statement!). Write it down under 6.

9. Write down your belief in as many places as possible. Write small pieces of paper and hand them out. Write the belief in a notebook and keep it with you at all times. The point is to remind yourself of your new belief as often as possible. You can also make yourself thought aids, such as small colorful dots to stick everywhere. Be creative!

10. Only think this new belief! Think it as often as possible, e.g. when you make a decision or when you notice that your I-frequency drops because you become unsure whether you can or should use your free will. Whenever the topic of free will is relevant.

11. You should act! Start and stay disciplined until your new belief is programmed and you realize that your free will is stronger than before!

Check your I-frequency regularly and correct your belief system if necessary.

12. Complete further tests with the corresponding tutorials, as everything is connected and your skills influence each other. It is therefore very important that you work on all your skills and achieve a high level of proficiency.

Your I-frequency shows you at any time where there is still a need for action.

Listen to them!
